Real Estate Analyst Position
• Create detailed feasibility studies including but not limited to: land, prices & availability, infrastructure
and future government projects, design & construction costs.
• Benchmarking of assets performance relative to approved business plan, budget, competitors, and
market conditions.
• Create and maintain real estate development financial modelling including valuation, hold-sell
analysis, cost/benefit analysis, and sensitivity analysis, for deals as well as the capital and operating
expenses.
• Support annual budgeting exercise, prepare the proposed budget and business plan for the portfolios,
as well as the quarterly reforecasting processes, monthly tracking of variances and the key performance
indicators.
• Support internal reporting including the coordination of reporting responsibilities with several internal
departments to ensure proper tracking and timely and accurate reporting.
Review and analyze the feasibility study/business from potential partners. Provide suggestions that will
maximize profitable with low risk.
• Monitor the property market, identify trends, gather data, maintain research databases and able to
generate forward-looking research.
• Create monthly or quarterly real estate market reports.
